Cleveland Heights Stimulus Funds Report/American
Recovery and Reinvestment Act
The City of Cleveland Heights received stimulus
funds from the American Recovery and
Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 which made
supplemental appropriations for job preservation
and creation, infrastructure investment, energy
efficiency and science, assistance to the
unemployed, and State and local fiscal
stabilization, for the fiscal year ending September
30, 2009, and for other purposes.
Cleveland Heights received funding from three
different sources under ARRA: Community
Development Block Grant – Recovery Funds
(CDBG-R), Homelessness Prevention and Rapid
Re-Housing Program (HPRP) and Energy
Efficiency and Conservation Block
Grant.
