CEDAR - LEE The Cedar Lee commercial district, which covers a one-mile stretch of Lee Road from Superior to Dellwood, is home to more than 150 businesses operating in the area. The neighborhood is also home to several institutions, including the Cleveland Heights - University Heights Main Library, Cain Park, Cleveland Heights High School. Businesses in this district are as unique as the residents of the neighborhood it serves. Some have been in the same location for decades, serving the third or fourth generation of families. Entertainment and Dining One of the district's anchors, the Cedar Lee Theatre, is celebrated as one of the finest cinemas throughout the Greater Cleveland area. It has drawn moviegoers since it first opened in 1925. The original theater had only one screen, but today it is comprised of two buildings housing four theaters and two screening rooms. Visitors to the Cedar Lee neighborhood can choose from a wide selection of delicious foods at any of the dozen or more dining establishments in the area, many of which are recognized as the finest in the Cleveland area.
