The Department of Finance consists of the Divisions of Accounting, Administration, Income Tax, Revenue Recovery and Treasury. All financial transactions are monitored for accuracy and compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws. Results of the City's fiscal operations are audited annually and are presented in the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. The department develops annual multi-revenue forecasts, assists other city departments with proper accounting and purchasing procedures and administers the City's investment and debt programs.
