Staff works with developers, business owners, special improvement districts and residents to encourage redevelopment of our commercial districts and residential neighborhoods. Loans and grants are available for building and business owners to improve commercial properties. Projects undertaken through this department include Zagara's Marketplace, City Buddha and Dogtopia.
