Real Estate Programs (See Relocation) Gretta Ryan, Coordinator 216-291-5813 gryan@clvhts.com The Division of Real Estate Programs directs the performance of components in the City of Cleveland Heights' Resolution No. 26-1976 (the Nine-Point Plan) and its amended 1979 Resolution. They are the Preferred Realty Office Program, the Relocation Services, and the promotion of fair housing in greater Cleveland. In addition, the division provides staff support to the City's Fair Housing Board. In addition, landlord seminars and home buying seminars are conducted through this division. (Also see Relocation.)
