The City of Cleveland Heights is a partner in the Lead Safe Cuyahoga program. This program assists with the removal of lead hazards in low- and moderate-income households where children under the age of six are residing in the home.

Funding Addressing Lead Paint Issues

The City of Cleveland Heights worked in cooperation with the Cuyahoga County Board of Health and the Cuyahoga County Department of Development to develop and submit a new Lead Safe Cuyahoga grant which provides funding of $512,500 for a period of three years which will allow the City to address lead paint issues through mid-2013.
